This policy explains how a2lance ("we", "us") handles information you provide through a2lance.com, including the early-access waitlist form.

Information we collect

When you submit the waitlist form, we collect the fields you fill in: your name and email (required), and, if you choose to provide them, your freelance business/company name, phone number, what you're looking for, and any message you add. We also record which page you submitted from, for our own routing purposes. A hidden honeypot field is used only to catch automated bot submissions and is never populated by real visitors, so nothing is collected from it.

We also collect standard technical data generated by any web visit (such as IP address and pages viewed) for basic site security and operation.

No analytics or advertising tracking. Unlike some of AkolagTech's other sites, a2lance.com does not currently run Google Analytics, a Meta/Facebook Pixel, or any other analytics or advertising tracker. We are not collecting behavioral or advertising data about your visit today. If that ever changes, this policy and our Cookie Policy will be updated first, and this section will say so plainly rather than staying silent about it.

How we use it

We use waitlist submissions to manage the waitlist, send you early-access invitations and related updates, and, where you've consented, reach out about a2lance. We use basic technical data to keep the site secure and working correctly.

We do NOT sell or share your data with third parties for their own use; we use it only to improve our services and better serve our customers.

Who we share it with

Waitlist submissions are processed through our lead-handling system (BillCrop LeadFlow, operated by AkolagTech) so we can respond to you. We otherwise share information only with service providers who help us operate the site (for example, hosting and email delivery) under appropriate agreements, or where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention

We keep waitlist submissions for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and maintain our own business records, after which we delete or anonymize them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time using the contact details below.

Your rights (GDPR and similar frameworks)

Depending on where you're located, you have rights over your personal information, including the right to:

• Access the information we hold about you
• Rectification of information that's inaccurate or incomplete
• Erasure of your information ("right to be forgotten")
• Portability — receive your information in a portable format
• Object to certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time

Our lawful basis for processing waitlist submissions is your consent, given when you check the consent box and submit the form. Our lawful basis for basic technical data collected from any visit is legitimate interest — keeping the site operating securely. Security

We use reasonable technical measures to protect the information you provide, including transport encryption (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
